I've been having a terrible time with work for the past year or so, and I don't think I can take much more. Everything is in chaos and people act like it's my job to fix things or care. I'm at my physical limit and I'm just praying this new system will make it easier and I won't have to do much more manual labor. Like I'm genuinely concerned it may effect my ability to do taxidermy if this goes on much longer.

#I've had more and more hibernate in pain days recently #and i have to ask myself if the money is even worth it at this point #like I can't micromanage other people that get paid to do simple tasks #that are done wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME and i have to waste time fixing shit #jackal's journal #I'm the youngest employee at 30 and I work with hardly computer literate boomers #it's been hell
